Season 20

Vicki returns only to find herself in the middle of Shannon and Tamra, who are at odds after an explosive encounter. Recently engaged and in pre-martial bliss, Gina ponders questions about her new relationship status, while Emily’s home life is in a rebuilding phase. Heather gets a shakeup when her mother moves to California from New York. Jennifer brings new friend Carmella to Heather’s Hearts & Heels party, where Jennifer reveals information that threatens Heather’s friendship with Tamra.

Gina throws Emily a drag bingo-themed 50th birthday party where the ladies lean into the wisdom of their age. Shannon befriends Carmella, but Vicki has questions about Carmella’s past. Heather and Jennifer butt heads over transparency in their friendships with Tamra. Emily confronts Tamra about their work relationship, causing egos to clash.

Vicki finds herself playing referee in an attempt to rekindle the Tres Amigas friendship.

Word spreads fast in the OC about Carmella's extravagant birthday gift to Emily as Gina speculates about the motive behind it; Tamra wonders why she's left out of Heather's TikToks as Jenn tries to work out the dynamic of their friendship; a party game opens Pandora's box and leaves many questioning where they stand with one another.

Friendships are fraught in Orange County as loyalties are questioned between Heather, Emily and Gina; Tamra talks to Sophia about marriage; Shannon looks to her father for life advice; Carmella opens up about her past while Gina and Vicki question her motives around gifts and job opportunities; in an effort to rid herself of her Debbie Downer title, Vicki brings the women to a winery.

The women of Orange County head to Las Vegas where they play “Showgirl” for a day and showdown at night. Carmella attempts to work through a relationship betrayal. Emily tries to stabilize rocky marriage ground. At dinner overlooking the Vegas strip, Heather is confronted with multiple complaints about her need for control.

The Vegas vacation continues as the ladies head to the Grand Canyon. Jenn tries to redirect Shannon's frustrations, resulting in an admission in Shannon and Heather's friendship.

Carmella throws a pool party at her Rancho Santa Fe house where she introduces the ladies to her kids and boyfriend. Emily and Shane celebrate their anniversary. Heather uses Carmella’s real estate expertise. Shannon gets financial advice from Vicki. The ladies discuss Heather’s recent behavior, sparking a conversation about her intention within the group.

Gina begins to question her friendship with Heather after learning that Carmella is helping Heather find an apartment. Emily questions Heather over her true feelings about Carmella. Tamra and Shannon’s rekindling comes to a halt when Shannon puts up a boundary that causes Tamra to bail on their lunch. Jennifer gathers the group for some much-needed energy healing, only for Vicki to find her relationship in the ring of fire.

The ladies split up for dual trips to Los Olivos and La Quinta. Emily, Jenn and Shannon question their host Vicki, who prioritizes work over her guests. Gina confronts Heather about doing real estate business with Carmella while talking behind her back. After being pressed about her relationship, Vicki reaches a boiling point, leaving Jenn and Emily decide whether to stay or abandon ship.

As the two group trips come to a close, Jenn and Emily make a bold statement that leaves Vicki taken back. Back in the OC, Heather gives her mother a look at her new apartment while Travis surprises Gina. Tensions flare between Emily and Shane. Carmella questions her future with Danny. When Tamra presses Vicki about her behavior in La Quinta, Vicki opens up about her insecurities.

Tamra celebrates her granddaughter’s birthday at a rare family gathering. Heather and Emily work out their issues, but Heather continues to question their friendship. Shannon hosts a luau where Emily and Jenn push back at Vicki for her outburst in La Quinta. The ladies see a new side of Carmella when she becomes the target of Vicki’s comments.

Emily invites the ladies for a Persian Party. Vicki takes issue with Tamra for revealing sensitive information. Heather and Terry have a heartfelt talk about their family. Carmella and Jenn tour a house.
