Tenants are being squeezed out by speculators who buy up a string of properties to score a quick profit. Electricity, water and heating are shut off, and when tenants complain, they risk being threatened. Jacob Kragelund goes in search of the network's backers and discovers that a previously convicted speculator from the financial crisis is haunting behind the scenes.
