8. Quest for the Ultimate Wasabi

Anisha Rickshawali travels to the town of Hikimi in Shimane Prefecture to explore Japan's wasabi culture. She embarks on an adventurous journey through the forests and the Sea of Japan coast to learn how the plant is cultivated, and how as a condiment it's a perfect match for different types of food.
