Season 1

Due to her past trauma, Mook suffers a condition where she has an episode every time she sees a patient die. Nana, Mook's work rival, reports her condition to the director and gets her in trouble. Meanwhile, Mook's stand-offish attitude catches Tawan's attention and he becomes curious about her. Parn warns him to stay away from Mook because of her past history.

Tawan gets discharged from the hospital. He shows interest in Mook and hopes to keep in touch with her. Doctor Vee makes it clear that he's not interested in Nana. Nana starts digging into Mook's past and finds out about the unfortunate deaths of Mook's significant others. Mook gives Tawan the cold shoulder to shun Tawan, but he becomes even more motivated to pursue her.

Anna, a jealous woman with an inferiority complex, goes the distance to live a better life than her stepsister, Rung. The only thing Rung is jealous of Anna is the fact that Anna has an adorable daughter while she is childless. Rung later finds out she is about to have a child with Kla, only to have her happiness ruined when Nuch, Kla's illegitimate wife, shows up at the doorstep

Risa puts extra effort into her relationship with Pond after people warn her about the seven-year itch. The fear changes Risa and, as a result, changes Pond's feelings toward her. Pond decides to end things with her on their 7th anniversary. Risa does not cope well with the breakup. Sprite tries to cheer her up, going as far as suggesting to Risa that she should rekindle the relationship with Japan, who was Risa's former schoolmate and used to have a crush on her.

Risa is upset that Pond broke up with her. She continues to make mistakes at work and decides to quit her job. Based on the rules she came up with for one of the shows she worked on, Risa turns her love life into a game by calling the people who have given her their name cards and starts going out with two of them: Japan and Leng

Risa struggles to juggle two relationships, but she is determined to reach her goal. She decides to get into a serious relationship with both Japan and Leng at the same time. She is surprised that she is good at telling lies and how easier it becomes after lying once.

Sprite hears gossip about Japan and Tor's secret relationship and tells Risa about it. Risa thinks both Leng and Japan are hiding secrets from her. She finds out Leng is two-timing her and storms out of his place. Japan gets into a car crash after a fight with Tor and has to be hospitalized

Sprite tells Risa to end her love game and choose whom she wants to be serious with. Japan calls Risa for help after being detained by her own boyfriend, Tor. Risa tries to reconcile her relationship with Leng after Japan turned her down. However, Leng has known after all this time that she has been playing games with him and severs his ties with her

Prap openly expresses his interest in Wanmai. Pat, Prap's wife and Wanmai's relative, is aware of Prap's interest and engages in a fight which leads to domestic violence. Pat comes to seek shelter at Nat and Wanmai's house and starts to sow the seed of paranoia in the latter

Wanmai starts to lose trust in Nat after she finds a lipstick stain on his shirt. Wanmai turns to Pat for advice, without knowing Pat's secret identity. Wanmai's determination to uncover Nat's secret inadvertently drives a wedge between both of them.

Pat purposely sends roses to Nat's office to raise Wanmai's suspicion. Wanmai turns to Win for help. Nat wants to end his secret relationship with Pat, but she threatens to hurt Wanmai if he does.

Pat reveals her secret identity to Wanmai, leaving Wanmai extremely shocked and hurt. Wanmai swears to seek revenge on Pat and Nat. Wanmai tracks Nat down after a humiliating moment for Nat and Pat at Prap's birthday party. However, she unexpectedly ends up face-to-face with her long-forgotten and guilt-ridden past.

After feeling neglected by Thiu, Mei reaches out to her online date Atom for comfort. She ends up spending the night at Atom's place, only to be surprised by his girlfriend's arrival the next morning. Mei deliberately ingests peanuts despite being allergic to put Thiu through a test. However, he refuses to rush to the hospital and visit her as he did with Oil, much to Mei's chagrin.

Mei asks Tew to choose between her and his wife, Oil. Mei later decides to call it off with Tew after he never showed up at the hospital. Mei's life is in chaos after Kim confronted her at work. Their argument is caught on camera and becomes viral.

Oil finds out about Tew's secret affair, but Tew refuses to admit it. Tew becomes furious at Mei for sending Oil the photos. Atom reaches his limits and breaks up with Kim, but not before publicly shaming her during a live stream. Oil gives Tew the cold shoulder and refuses to let him come near their baby.
