Ten famous Swedes sign in as new recruits. Their journey starts with tough tests to show Major Svan and Captain Tornving what they are made of.

After the first night recruits need to get ready for the first challenge. Courage and focus are both needed when they are expected to do a jump test.

The new recruits are tested in the tough obstacle course and in a sharp shooting challenge. A lot of feelings emerge on the shooting range.

The recruits are faced with their toughest challenge so far - the hell trek. With no information on when the trek ends and combat gear they head out.

After a rough night in the wild the recruits need to keep marching. This is their final test as recruits and it will end by one of them leaving.

The cadette era has started and it means raising the bar. The new cadettes are challenged to think outside the box and tried in a tough water test.

The cadettes are faced with a rescue mission in a confined space without seeing or hearing anything. Self defence training comes next.

Our cadettes will learn to escape from a helicopter in the water. They are tested in a team challenge where they need to secure a boat.

The cadettes learn camouflage and after a rough day they are left in the wild to spend the night alone.

After a long night alone in the wild the energy is low. It is time for war drills and Major Svan and Captain Tornving has a decision to make.

Rescuing an injured comrade on the battlefield is on the agenda. The cadettes need to learn to trust each other when they have to fall into water.

The recruits ability to get ready for battle is tested. A new challenge 30 meters off the ground awaits them.

The recruits are facing a tough challenge in the wild where two of them will be left behind and leave the group. The last mission awaits.

It is time for the final challenge which will determine which of the three combat teams will win.
