Two dangerous fugitives leave a trail of murder and mayhem in their wake as Morgan tracks them down.

Morgan transports Matt Bonner to the federal penitentiary after he is sentenced to death for murdering three men during a hold-up attempt. His two accomplices, who are still at large, arrange for a gun to be delivered to him in prison and Bonner attempts to shoot his way out to the waiting getaway car.
