Shueste, the sister of Beryl's former student Warren, relentlessly pursues Beryl - but for a good reason. Seeing this upsets Allucia, Warren explains both his and Shueste's motives, and encourages Allucia to make her own move. Beryl's actions at the banquet leave Shueste even more smitten. Having finished their assignment, Beryl and Allucia head home - but face an unforseen encounter on the way.
