Josh is torn whether or not to take the manager’s job at Dingoes. He tries to discuss it with his dad, but Brad is unwilling to engage on the matter. Terese’s heart goes out to her son – it’s a difficult decision, but ultimately it’s up to him to make. Imogen, however, thinks Josh needs to put her dad first, and after hearing her reasoning, Josh decides not to take the job.
