Matt and Lauren are alarmed when Bailey receives a letter in relation to the Turner Family Trust, the entity which now owns the house. They manage to cover, but later learn that Amber and Mason have also mistakenly been sent letters, too, despite Kathy being listed as the only person to receive correspondence.
