7. Winter on a Plate

Guest Chef Kunal Kapur introduces a challenge in which contestants must use seasonal winter ingredients to create a dish in 55 minutes, with 5 minutes of pantry time. A twist was introduced to incorporate liquid nitrogen in the dish and during tasting only 7 of the 11 dishes would be tasted.
