17. Love is a Strange Game

Verena Schneider is found dead by a neighbor. The trail quickly leads to architect Thomas Jacobi. Apparently, the two had a fight shortly before the crime. But Jacobi has an alibi. He was with his family doctor at the time of the crime. When she turns up dead shortly thereafter and it turns out that she was not only his doctor but also his lover, the suspicion against him is confirmed.
