Erkan is arrested for taking responsibility for Ferman's shooting and brought to trial in Istanbul. However, Dicle has much bigger problems to solve. Ferman's condition is critical, and he urgently needs a kidney transplant to survive. Therefore, Ferman is also brought to Istanbul, and with the decision to hold Erkan in custody pending trial, all attention turns to whether Ferman will survive. Erkan's arrest plunges the Aldur family into a great struggle. Transferring Ferman to a hospital in Istanbul, the family mobilizes all their resources to find a suitable kidney donor. Tahir threatens İnci with the truth he learned about Erkan. Taking advantage of Erkan's imprisonment, Tahir sets in motion his long-held plan to take over the company. Meanwhile, Tahir, like the entire Aldur family, learns that Feride Teacher is actually Dicle's older sister, Derya. Believing that Erkan shot Ferman to protect Derya, Tahir, like everyone else, is still unaware of the truth behind what happened.

Erkan is released, but a much bigger struggle awaits him the moment he regains his freedom. Dicle confesses that she herself shot Ferman and that Erkan took the blame to protect her. Erkan's sole and greatest aim now is to get Dicle out of prison as soon as possible. Ferman's condition remains critical. Constantly teetering between life and death, the only suitable kidney donor for Ferman is Derya. However, Derya is unaware of Dicle's arrest. Moreover, she wants Ferman dead, whom she considers her greatest enemy.

Dicle's release comes as a surprise to everyone. Dicle and Erkan, in particular, are delighted by this unexpected positive move from Ferman. Inci and Esat are furious about Dicle's release from prison. Ferman has broken their agreement, but it becomes clear that he also has his own secret plans. He didn't get Dicle released for nothing. He tries to get close to Civan, Derya, and Dicle again, and win them over to his side. But Erkan has completely different plans. After a long period of dark days, he makes a big decision. The moment he tells his family about this decision, he has a huge fight with Esat in particular. Erkan takes Dicle and goes to the place where he will carry out the big surprise that will make her happy.
