A big thank you to Didier François, a war correspondent for 38 years, for coming to share his story on LEGEND! His career as a journalist—working for outlets such as *Le Matin de Paris*, *Libération*, and Europe 1—took him to Chad, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Bosnia, Chechnya, Mali, Lebanon, Kosovo, and Syria. In 2013, he was held hostage by ISIS for ten and a half months, enduring torture, deprivation, and mock executions before his release in April 2014. This is the first time he has spoken at such length about his experiences.
