Prabhakar, a scientist, has invented a formula that makes a person invisible. Shortly before Prabhakar is to reveal it to the press, he is found dead in the laboratory. His assistant, Omi, is accused of murdering him and is arrested. Omi's fiancé, Kavita, persuades KD Pathak to represent Omi.
