At Chicago's Midway Airport, Southwest employees spend 48 hours dealing with the chaos caused by a power blackout in the East. In this high-flying series, we provide viewers with complete access to the inner workings and emotional stories behind Southwest Airlines--from individual passenger's tales and dramatic reunions to action at the counter between passengers and employees.
