Season 2

A well-off Rhode Island mom who does all of the cooking and cleaning for her boisterous Italian-American family swaps places with an energy-conserving, dreadlocked, dumptser-diving, egalitarian mom.

An animal rights activist mother who eats only raw food and has a vegan cat that doesn't eat meat swaps lives with a back-country mom whose motto is ""Kill it and grill it"".

Several couples from Season 1 are interviewed to see how the show affected them one year later.
