Things get complicated when the woman realizes that she will lose the freedoms she has been afforded because of her imperfection. Also, Lu helps an older woman with Alzheimer's use her past for her own benefit. Meanwhile, Andy counsels a young woman who is seeking ""revirginization"" surgery.
