Michiko Daimon, a doctor, meets a woman holding her stomach and losing consciousness. The lady is the mother of Ito, a colleague, and has an extremely rare type of advanced gallbladder cancer. Although Ito was nominated as surgeon, his mother refuses surgery, and Ito doesn’t try to change her mind. Michiko strongly wishes to save her life and somehow try to get her consent of surgery.
