A man, just out of prison, is constantly getting harassed, vandalized and is the victim of anti-social behavior. A young thug believes he killed his dad. Rob gets involved to try and sort it all out. Cassandra and Heston keep getting closer, but does she go too far? Jack talks to his dad about his next big story for the student rag.
