Famous ventriloquist Jimmy O' James finds Slappy's case and accidentally summons him. Now only Jillian, Harrison and Katie can stop Slappy. Things get hairy when they find he is in love with Katie's doll, Mary Ellen, and will stop at nothing to get what he wants.
