Alberto Angela will travel the roads leading from Gargano to Salento, bringing to life the splendor of this land rich in history, culture, and art. The centuries and the peoples who have inhabited this region have left behind a wealth of beauty. The first leg of this journey departed from Castel del Monte, then passed by the Ostuni Museum and admired the sea of Gargano and the Tremiti Islands, as well as the Castellana Caves.
