Ken and Anita get a lead on a small property in the up-and-coming neighborhood of East Atlanta, GA, and realize they will need to get creative. But as renovation begins, problems come to light and Mother Nature takes over. With time against them, Ken and Anita work to finish the house quickly and hope to still turn a profit.
