Dawson and Star show their reaction's to Westbrook's and Charles' controversy alongside videos showing viewers requesting that Dawson show the aforementioned clips. The Conspiracy Collection goes live and almost immediately, most online retailers crash. Dawson, Star, and Star's team have a call with Shopify to get their website back up—Dawson and Star scathingly criticize Shopify during the call. The call gets cut short due to a Morphe store launch at the Mall of America. At the end of the episode, it is revealed that the Mini Controversy palette will change in the March and May 2020 restocks with a new shade being introduced.
